To register and use the vpjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: vpjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. vpjl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible.
To access the full features of the vpjl Platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. vpjl relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and comply with applicable regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vpjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify vpjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the vpjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If vpjl determines that a player holds more than one account, vpjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
vpjl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Accepted ID Documents: Valid Philippine government-issued IDs including SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Postal ID, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, and Voter's ID are accepted for identity verification purposes.
vpjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vpjl reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. vpjl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. vpjl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
vpjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the vpjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vpjl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
Anti-Money Laundering: vpjl complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
vpjl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
vpjl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
vpjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change, provided the player continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.
All bets placed on the vpjl Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and any other relevant details before confirming a wager. vpjl will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where vpjl determines, in its sole discretion, that an obvious error has occurred.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the vpjl Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. vpjl reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
vpjl reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where a bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed; where vpjl has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of an event has been compromised; or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
In the event of a disconnection during a game or betting session, vpjl's server records will be used to determine the outcome of any affected bets. vpjl is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vpjl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: vpjl operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and collusion. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from the Platform, and all funds in their account may be forfeited.
All content on the vpjl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of vpjl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vpjl.
The vpjl name, logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are trademarks of vpjl. You may not use any vpjl trademark without the prior written permission of vpjl.
vpjl strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond vpjl's reasonable control. vpjl will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.
The vpjl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vpjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if vpjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall vpjl's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vpjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your vpjl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
vpjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the vpjl Platform shall first be submitted to vpjl's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
PAGCOR Oversight: vpjl operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with vpjl may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.
